I would think Morrison's max limbs would work extremely well on his riser, the max 1's I had were very nice. I have tried most of the limbs mentioned above and have settled on the  ILF SS static recurve from Kirk at Bigfoot bows. Wonderful combo of smooth, stable, quiet and very quick.

If your on a budget then shop used for the high end limbs mentioned above and satisfy your curiosity.

At the moment Border HEX 6.6

The HEX6.6 series takes limb performance to new and exciting levels. The HEX6.6 combines all the benefits of the HEX6.5 (discontinued) limb profile and adds the new recurve roll-over technology improving smoothness and stored energy levels

I have the WinWin Foams as BAK mentioned. I'd be unlikely to try a different ILF limb other than these.

Those Win & Win ccCarbon's you have are very nice limbs.  You'd have to spend a lot of $$$ to get a very few fps more and a better feel thru the draw cycle.

The Border Hex 6.6 or older Hex 6.5 are real nice.  They do require a bit more attention to tuning, especially brace height.  Hex limbs are available in "W" (wood) or "H" (hyperflex) cores.  Woods run a few fps slower but some prefer the feel of the wood core limbs.
The big advantage is that with Borders the draw weight loads up early and the last few inches of draw only gain about 1 1/2# per inch.

Short of Borders, I really prefer the TT Carbon Extremes.  Pretty fast and real quiet for me.
I have a set of mediums on a 17" Morrison and really love them.  Unfortunately I cannot justify two complete bows so I am selling the ILF stuff in anticipation of receipt of a Border Covert Hunter in two weeks.

Feel free to contact me if you have questions.
