Anyone hunt the Amistad NRA in Texas?

I was doing a little digging and found a thread from 2008 that mentioned the Amistad National Recreation Area. I looked into it and it seems like a doable trip for me with some fun to be had. Just wondering if anyone had ever personally been there and could give some insight. The website mentions several species of exotics to be hunted as well as some good fishing and camping.
