Stickflinger?

I picked up a used stickflinger, and I had a question before I start tuning my arrows. What is the recommended brace hight for a 62" bow. According to Brian's website 7" + or - 1/8" for all his long bows?

I've got 2 SF's and was shooting the 1st one well over 7"s. Got the 2nd one and have been shooting it right at 7"s and it shoots great and is quiet. They are now both at 6 7/8 to 7.
