I shot one for about a week that Abe was passing around as a trial bow.  I'm not a recurve guy but that is an amazing and fun bow to shoot.  That bow cemented my decision to go with a Caribow for my first custom build.

I ordered a 2 piece featherhorn with yew limbs, kingwood back veneers, and a cocobolo riser.  The beavertail grip is awesome!  I waited just a shade over a year.  I installed his website as a quick touch button on my phone and drooled over the gallery pics at least twice a day.

It will not be my only Caribow.  I am going to find a way to stash a few nickels away and order a Wolverine one day.

Mine posted above is a 2-piece. It's the tenon sleeve type. Very strong and secure, no noise at all after a couple years. It feels just like a one-piece bow when shot.

Mine above is also a 2 piece - no issues with noise from the bow itself. Some arrows do make a noise when drawing back alongside the beavertail.

it's a great bow. i shot the pass around bow a couple of years ago, side by side with my RER Retro, and it was very comparable. it was also a righty, and i'm a lefty, and i still felt it was comparable.
