Just b smart & get a lower poundage now if possible. I had shoulder surgery back in '08. Doc told me 8 weeks before I could do anything. Well, I waited 16 days, but I dropped down from 60 lbs to 35 for a couple monthe. Started lifting weights a week later with a friend of mine who is a personal trainer and champion body builder. He reduced my weights and made sure I was spot on with my form. I was lucky to have the right people helping me & I don't recommend what I did but worked for me. Start SLOWLY & go from there. Try not to worry to much, you will tho, and enjoy the flight of arrow. Best of luck.
