I have been trying something in the last month or so and have been pleased with the results. Under Armour makes a product called "shooters sleeve" and is intended for wearing on the arm while playing basketball. I have always had a problem with the string slapping loose parts of clothing on my bow arm in the winter and this product has reduced the problem to a nil. Made of an elastic material that fits nice and snug from the bicep down to the wrist. Color is black which is fine with me since I do a majority of my hunting out of a DB blind.
