North Ga Bear Hunters
« on: September 03, 2016, 10:10:00 PM »
We have acorns galore this year. Far too many but I went to check some ridges today and found zero climbing sign from 3300'-3900' except for one yearling boar in a small white oak. Are you guys seeing the same?  My guess is that they are mostly down low and moving uphill eating the last of the muscadines and the earlier maturing low elevation whites.

We start in one week and I still currently plan for me and my guys to hunt from 2400'-3900' but Im going to have to change plans if they dont move up quick. The higher elevations were pretty well devoid of fresh sign today. Except for pigs
