Packsaddle has a lot of open country, but there are a lot deer there if you don,t mind the walk. The South Canadian rivers is the south border of the WMA. All primative camping.

Fort Supply WMA, near Woodward has Wolf Creek running thru the center of it and is around 6,000 acres with a lot more timber on it. It is all walk in but has a good deer population. This area  will have wheat fields planted with timber around the edges. There is Ft. Supply lake you can camp at a few miles away that will have hot showers for the first part of the season.

Across the Hiway from the lake is Cooper WMA which has thousands of acres in it with a mix of open country and the Beaver/North Canadian River bottom running  along the northern part.

Both of the last 2 are around 11 miles from Woodward.

Okiej I appreciate the feedback! Been looking at topos and satellite images of pack saddle. Picked out a camping spot and have started making areas for further scouting after I've got boots on the ground.
