What have you done to your suits to keep the strings from hitting your bowstring on release? I have one and for the life of me I can not shoot out of it without the strings from the arm and left side of my chest getting tangled up in the bow string.

Trim them done on the inside of bow arm and the chest side where bow arm is.

I come to full draw out on the porch and have Sue trim. I shoot and repeat. The biggest thing for me wasn't the body part of the suit but the stuff hanging in your face from the head gear. Sue trimmed that as well.

Trim here too, but by that I mean shorten so when I draw they're not leaning out from y body.

I also had a very old, cheap LEAFY suit and I bought strings in different shades and spent winter hours adding to the funky leafy suit...it had camo on sleeves and the right chest so it eliminated the problem for me wearing it...

I wear the full string suit for turkey

Make sure you also draw sitting and kneeling as well and trim accordingly. Trim the chest and the bow arm sleeve. If you have sleeves. I had a poncho with no sleeves for that very issue.

I cut the right sleeve ( I'm a lefty) off at the elbow.  I also cut the fabric swatches ( mine is a RS ghillie) very short in the right chest area and the inside of what is left of my bow arm.  No issues now.

I had my wife trim it really short where it was interfering with the string.

I have a guille suit, but have never used it yet. I have not trimmed it or done anything to it. I do however, own a bunch of hunting shirts and leafywear and even a few jackets that no longer have left sleeves!

I cut the strings all the way back to the suit on both the top and inside of the sleeve and the chest area of where the string passes.

Mine is a Marc Anthony Ghillie that has the left chest and arm as bare material.  No trimming necessary.  I always wear an arm guard with it to keep any stray threads out of the way.  Actually, I think it's more peace of mind than really needed.

I like the leaf suit because it's less likely to grab a bow string. I did some trimming on the bow arm and left chest as well. I can wear mine while walking through the woods without snagging unless I'm in real thick stuff.

A guy on here suggested a tie ( I use a stretchy cord with a toggle). The cord is wrapped around back of neck, under both arms, then cross in back and around lower chest (toggle in front). It keeps chest material clear .

I just trim inside of bow arm

2nd what Kuch said after trimming. It keeps the material in tight to you body so you can lean over and not mess things up.

I made my own and intentionally left the strings off the left chest and inner arm. Nothing you can do but keep trimming until clear.
