Ghost blind

For those of you who use the ghost blind, how do you camouflage your head? Seems with your head sticking up it'd defeat the purpose.  The extensions don't seem like they'd help fully.

My son is using a ghostblind this year. He doesn't like caps so he just uses carbomask on his face. Had a group of does walk by him about five yards the other night. Before hunting he set up his blind at home and with his chair he sat in it and decided the extensions would block a lot of his view.
