I've had one of their small fry boa quivers for a few years now. Two weeks ago I went to mount it on one of my bows but found that the small stud that holds the strap on had snapped off. I sent an e-mail to them to inquire if I could purchase a replacement plate with stud. They replied within 24 hours and Zack told me to send my address and they would send me the part plus replacement straps free of charge!
In this day and age it's truly refreshing to find a company that stands by their product and supports their customers. Thank-you Thunderhorn.
