Great Television Program

A friend of mine from New Zealand told me about Toa Hunter Gatherer on Maori Television. I was skeptical but checked it out anyway.

This stuff is awesome! This guy makes his own bows both glass and selfbows, hunts with a back quiver made of the hide of an animal he killed, gathers food, and lives an extremely cool life style. There is free diving, bow hunting, hiking, plant gathering, practicing archery, preparing game meat, discussing the importance of hunting to conservation, the natural connection between hunter animal and land. An almost none of the overly dramatic just for TV Bull S#!^ you see on discovery channel. If you have a few minutes to spare check it out.

I am not sure if I am allowed to post a direct link, so I won't but if you google Toa Hunter Gatherer full episodes, they come up under Maori Television.

Hes  a top guy and completely genuine. Not trying to be fancy or anything other than what he is. Inside tip- Look for an expansion in the show next year, its only going to improve.

His youtube channel is worth a look as well same name Toa Hunter Gatherer. Should be a new trad pig hunt posted up there today or tomorrow.

Owen sent me a message a while back saying he had been using my broadheads for about a year.  He said he loved them but acquiring them in New Zealand was difficult.  I watched one episode and realized Owen was the real deal.  This is what a hunting show should look like. I was more than happy to send support his way.

That as a very well done show.  I simply cannot think of a way to make it better, it was that good.

He was telling me the other day he was wrapped to get your package Stephan. Hes pretty particular about his broadheads. he wont use anything unless it absolutely works!
