Our season here in Connecticut started almost two months ago, but a combination of factors has kept me out of the woods. Lyme disease, weather too warm, vacation, catching up on work after vacation etc. My first hunt will be tomorrow. I was doing some outdoor work in the next town over from me yesterday on a 100 acre property and saw no less than 8 scrapes. Those deer are getting busy!
I cant begin to say how excited I am! I feel like a kid at the beginning of every season and I hope that never goes away.
