Matt I have had pretty much all the risers and limbs
out there, at this time I have three ilf and one Das original. In my opinion they are equally quiet at the shoot.  I would look for a used metal riser. Sky, Morrison, and trad tech 17" are a few. I have them all and find them pretty much the same.  I hate to mention this but a site called Trad talk has a bunch of members that can really help you with ilf they are really into the versatility of these systems.

I don't use a fixed crawl or any specific aiming method. The opportunity for a 15" Dalaa or 15" Morrison just walked into my life. Talk about torn...

I would go with the Morrison........
