You really need to get in the habit of taking pictures. They will mean a lot one day. If not to you then to loved ones. It only takes a minute for a simple one.

You're right about that Charlie...so many times I bag taking a picture especially on successful hunts since I'm usually alone....I quickly regret that.

About 8 years ago, I was stalking and seen a dow come out to my right as I stood there in the open, she was about 30 yards, as she slowly walked across an opening, there behind her was a nice buck.  I just turned swung up and shot, they took off, went up and behind a little hill.  Then the Doe cam back running back where they came from.  I thought well, I am glad that I had that oppurtunity.  I went to get my arrow and looked for awhile, and said "I know it came this way, maybe I hit a sampling".  Then went up and behind the hill a little, looked down and seen a deer laying there.  I thought, someone shot a deer and left it.  I walked down to check it, moved it over and there was my arrow.  Then it hit me.
