I live north of Holland.  I have shot a few times at GVSG but Fridays are difficult to make with a Kid in High school as a lot of events are on Fridays.  I have considered Joining Muskegon archers for a year to see what they do.  It's not much farther than GVSG (34 miles vs 23 miles) and it sounds like the membership fee gets you as much shooting as you want except formal shoots/leagues.  Anyone else shoot at Muskegon?

I have shot at Muskegon Bowman club for spot tournaments and 3D leagues when I shot compounds.  Nice club and always nice people there too!

Yeah the range in the old Meijer building is no longer in operation, we shoot winter league at West Michigan Archery Center, which BladePeek posted about.

Muskegon Bowman Sunday night league is traditional only.  There is also a church on Leonard between Nunica and Coopersville that has a league night, I think on Tuesday night. Mostly traditional shooters.  Really good group of folks and they serve food which costs a donation.  wife and I shot there the past 4 year.  I don't even keep score. Some of us just wait till some ones arrow hangs down and we shoot at it. lol

Okay. Is that the one you are shooting at Jeff?

Jessica will be shooting her Friday night league again, which means I'm out of luck for the GVSG league.  :(

I'd like to shoot on a different day and Monday would be perfect. Has it started?
