Great hunt, Pat. I saw one deer during my hunt this year. A doe wandered into camp one Sunday. I hear EHD was running rampant in my area.
Ummmm, wonder what Stickers will look like next year.

Sorry for taking so long to get back to the thread.  No, I did not get a pass through.  The broadhead smashed through the shoulder, but must have got spin loose with the impact, went through both lungs, and was just barely poking through the hidden on the offside.  When I found the deer, the bloody arrow must have backed out from his thrashing, and was laying around 5 yards from him.  That blood on the offside is either from him laying on a puddle or me dragging him through one when I turned him over.

Kathy, Stickers will be 6.5 it 7.5 yo next year and is pretty cagey.  I don't know if I will get a crack at him, but it would be nice to find a shed.  I have enjoyed chasing him the last three years.
