New to me Slammer

I don't know why it took me so long to try one of Leon's bows but I sure am glad I own one now. These bows are shooters!!

That is a nice looking bow, congratulations!

Was that one of the ones off his featured inventory? He has quite a few in stock.

Rick, This one was not off his inventory but I was eyeing the 62" 44#er he has in stock but was offered this beauty by a fellow TG'er.

Leon Stewart makes some great shooting bows.

I sincerely hope you enjoy shooting yours.

I like the lines on that bow. Just "looks" like it would be comfortable in the hand. Never shot one though. Gonna have to fix that. Enjoy.

Hi Mike, Happy New Year to you as well my friend.

Joe, This bow is extremely comfortable to hold and the smoothest to draw. Shoots where it's pointed and just fun to shoot. Been shooting it almost daily since I received it.

I prefer to buy my custom bows second hand (call me cheap) but I just realized that Leon is less than an hour from my house.  Think I'll pay him a visit.

Keefer, Tell your friend that the riser is figured maple with Macassar Ebony I beam and accents and the limb cores are yew with mappa Burl veneers.
