Bear Bow Question
«
on:
January 20, 2017, 09:42:00 AM »
After spending much time and money, I have determined that 62" recurve bows seem to shoot best for me. I have Bear bows in every length but that one and would like to find/try one.
Can I get a little guidance as to what Bear bows, past or present, are made in that length? Everything I find seems to go from 60" to 64".
Thanks.

Current production Bear bows you can get the Kodiak's in 64". There are several older Bear Kodiak's in the 64" length plus I have also seen several older Grizzlies in the 62" that are excellent shooters!

Not too many 62" Bear bows around. They discontinued #2 limbs awhile ago, and that pretty much eliminated the possibility of 58 or 62" T/D's. RER used to make #2 limbs, but they've been sold.

Late 50s to '63 Grizzly, also some of the Tigercats were 62" and great shooters.

Thanks for all the responses.
I would like to try a 62" Grizzly. I have a 58" but it stacks a bit for me. Really nice bow.

I had Kirk at Bigfoot make me #2 limbs for my B Mag riser. I really like them.
