Heavier arrow is the one I would choose with all else in accuracy/tune being equal...

Without question I would choose the 2016.  At your (and my) normal hunting range, the trajectory isn't an issue and the 2016 will perform better on game as well as probably shoot quieter.  I also like the higher FOC.

I think either one would work great for Whitetial or black bear. In my opinion anything over 450 grains it's just fine.
