Thoughts on Ace 203 Spine tester?
« on: February 03, 2017, 05:38:00 PM »
I have an old 101, that I got used. Great spin tester, but I'm not too keen on the zeroing system, nor confident in the consistency. Not a knock of Ace-I actually think highly of their quality and service.

Leaning toward the 203 spine tester (this will be used only for wood shafts). I see that the weighing system is different on these; the weight is at one end, rather than the middle of the shaft... and the pin the shafts bends on does not appear to be centered either.
What are your thoughts/experience on the 203 ?
