BINO HUB OPTIC CARRY SYSTEM X-OUT HARNESS
« on: February 06, 2017, 01:25:00 PM »
Has anyone used or know someone with this bino system. BINO HUB OPTIC CARRY SYSTEM X-OUT HARNESS

My grandson is thinking of buying it and asked me but i have never used any type of bino harness system.

The way he usually shoots probably will not be a problem but wont know for sure until he tries it.

Just trying to avoid wasting 70 buck plus tax & shipping to find out it just to hard to use even if it doesn't interfere with the bow string.

I use a X harness for my binos. I absolutely love it. I've never tried the "hub" kind before but can tell you the X harness is awesome. I bought a bino stop from Vortex that virtually makes it a one handed system once you get it set for your eyes. I would like to buy a hub type system because I do a lot of spot and stalking, and for antelope that would be great to keep my bino's a little cleaner.

I'm curious to see what folks have to da about this or other bino systems. I bought some sort of harness a while ago and while it worked, I found it restricted my range of motion. I had to bring the binos straight up in front of me to use them. So I had to rotate my entire torso to face what I wanted to look at. I felt It cause a lot of excess movement if I wanted to watch something to my side. But maybe I need to adjust it better, or try a different brand. After watching clay hayes use a system in several of his videos in reconsidering it. I don't like the bulk, but can see the advantage for spot and stalk antelope, or especially snow around here.hopefully someone else with more experience with one of these systems will chime in!
