FoC question

Having issues with this and no bare shafts to test with.

Ok... say I have two bare shafts completely the same dimensions but one is very heavy vs one very light.

The natural balance point should be center mass for both.

Next I add say 200grain tips to the both of them.

Would they both have the same FoC or would the light one be affected more than the heavy one?

The very light shaft in comparison to the very heavy shaft will see the far greater increase in FOC.

Draw a picture.  Two shafts horizontal.

Label one 100 grains ( 50 and 50, each side of balance point).  Label the other 200 ( 100 and 100, each side of balance point).

Add a triangle weight on one end of each.  200 grains.  Don't move anything yet. That makes one arrow 50 grains on one side, 250 on the other ( 1/5 ratio).  The heavier arrow is 100 grains one side to 300 on the other (1/3 ratio).

Moving the fulcrum, as you can now see, to the spot where both sides are again balanced, means the light shaft moves closer to the point than the heavier shaft.

At least... I think so.
