Thanks to all for the kind words. Learner, the arrow shaft in the close up of the Grizzly instinct is a wood grain carbon arrow. For what its worth, I have shot a semi tractor trailer load of game with wooden arrows that I have made over the last 45 years. I'm shooting carbon arrows a lot now learning the ins and outs of building them and tuning them. Old dogs can learn new tricks. I'm not jumping ship on my traditional roots, I'm just not scared of the new.
