Removing fletching

This what I use to removing fletching and works very nice. I piece of aluminum shaft just big enough to fit over the shaft. Sharpen the edge and slid over the shaft. This shaft had wrap on it and did not hurt it.

Now that is a clever idea. Wonder if that would work on a wood shaft?
