VPA Customer Service

I love my VPA riser and broadheads. Excellent in all respects. Recently I had a situation related to an order that required customer service intervention. VPA went beyond my expectations in satisfying me and resolving my problem. VPA is a sponsor here on TG and really looks after their customers!

I bought a pack of their 300 grain two blade here in Alberta. I discovered nicks on the blade when i opened the package at home. I emailed them and they sent me a new pack free. Awesome customer service.
