Do you guys who already have possible bags consider leather the best choice? I was thinking about a wool or canvas one. I already made one for my indian regalia.

I'm thinking of what to make a bow hunting one out of. Open for suggestions.    :campfire:

This is a large bag and is made from canvas duck. It has a leather bottom and the bag is treated with bees wax and oil for water proofing

This one on the left is lined and dyed and is made from an old flour sack. It's soft and really comfortable. I can sling it back over my hip out of the way, yet it's readily available to get to my "stuff"

I also picked up a German Ridge bag. Nice quality with a removable quiver.
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying,
"Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?"
And I said, "Here am I. Send me!" Isaiah 6:8

Was watching Antiques Road Show the other night. I love when people bring in Indian artifacts and they don't know what they've got. A woman brought in a few things, including a possibles bag and an elk antler hide scraper. Here's the link to the story. She was a little surprised, to say the least, when she found out what they were valued at. Here's a link to it. There's a photo of just the possibles bag. Beautiful work.  http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/roadshow/archive/200701A19.html
