Silent but Deadly strings...customer service!
« on: March 27, 2017, 10:42:00 AM »
I've been shooting SBD strings for years and love them, but wanted to take a moment to talk about Pierre's customer service.

A couple years ago I got a string that seemed a touch short compared to the previous string so I sent Pierre a couple photos. Without even asking, a brand new string showed up at my door!

A couple weeks ago I sent him an email and asked about what serving and serving tool they use. I shoot a lot and had worn out a center serving. He responded promptly with the info, and offered to reserve the string for me.
I sent it off and barely a week later I had a package at my door with my string and a note attached that explained how the string was worn out and not worth reserving, so "here's a new string"! I offered to reimburse him and he simply asked that I lift up a prayer for he and his family.

People, this type of customer loyalty is rare to say the least!

Take a look at their strings and show Pierre a little love!

Always great to hear about this kind of service! Something similar happened to me a few years ago: I ordered a couple of strings that went missing in the mail, I emailed Pierre to reorder and he sent me two new strings immediately without charge. Great folks!

Yep, I've shot my first string he made for me longer than I care to admit and it still will shoot. I just love a tough dependable serving and his is just that. I told myself long ago I want to try all T/G string sponsors once before deciding on a final choice and so far I'm sticking to it. I truly dont expect any to top Pierre's. A Ten Ring should arrive this week and after beating the bush and other methods of my destructive nature I will critique it!

I have SBD on all my bows, from Recurves to ASLs.  You can't beat them.

Yes, SBD is great! They once made me a recurve string, when I had ordered a longbow string. They corrected the situation and in 9 days I had the right string in my mailbox.
