Photos of Hill Limited Editions
« on: October 31, 2007, 07:30:00 PM »
I am preparing to make up the 2008 Hill Longbowmen calendar, on which I want to feature Hill Limited Edition bows.   I have most of them, but need pix of two:  the Commemorative and the Jungle Cat.   If anyone has either of these bows and would be willing to send me digital pix of them for the calendar, please contact me by direct email:

[email protected]

Thanks

How will one go about obtaining one of these calendars?

Probably same as this year... they are available free to members of the Howard Hill Longbowmen.   They post me and I reply with the calendar as an attachment.  It makes a big downloard, 13 files... 12 months plus the cover, and as the group has grown, has become a bit of a job.   Each person then prints it out at whatever quality level they want.    i ran mine in hi-res and on very heavy HP glossy photo stock, then comb bound it.

I may look into setting it up on the web site as downloadable files for 2008, but there are a couple of wrinkles there I haven't dealt with before.   I have to get the pix and make up the calendar files first...  hopefully this month.  I have enough bows to take the pix and make the calendar, but I really want to have pix of the two Limited Editions I don't have... the Commemorative and the Jungle Cat.
