I just wanted everyone to know that One Stringer has excellent customer service...  I have purchased from them in the past and knew that they had a great product but after the way they handled my recent mistake, they have earned all of my future purchases on wraps.   :clapper:

Agree with the good customer service-even when its our fault.I also made a mistake and they handled it with great grace-all wraps come from them for me.

What's nice is when you design your own wrap, they keep it on file.  Just reordered and received a couple dozen in the mail today, ones that I designed 3 or 4 years ago.

Outstanding people!! I've only ever had one hiccup in all the years I've been ordering from them and they didn't hesitate to fix it right away.

Their ability to co design with all my ideas flowing from just email is also impressive.
