New quiver design
« on: May 12, 2017, 10:03:00 PM »
I built a strap on quiver around the start of the year that I posted on here.  I got some good feedback, and I was able to identify a few things that needed some improvement while using it the last few months.

This is my second attempt with some of the improvements.  I simplified the strap attachment assembly, and also made it more stable than the first try.  The first one has two rubber grippers on the top and a five arrow bottom gripper, so it'll hold three broadheads and two small game or field points.  I left those off of this one to save weight, but I could easily add them to this design as well.

There are still a few things I think I can improve a bit more, but it seems to be significantly better than the first attempt. Any critiques or suggestions are always welcome.

Thanks guys.  In case anybody missed it, here's the small game point option I put on the first one.  I can easily incorporate this into the new design.

And I did get a picture of it next to a deer.

Thanks.  BP Hunters are possibly my favorite vintage bow.  I've got two, and I'd put them up against any bow made in the '60s.

Like the added buster arrow option like how it holds the arrow in two spots.

No sir, just personal use for now.  This is only my second one.

I think that looks beautiful, the only thing I might try is adding non glare(black) rivets & Hex flat head screws.
Are you selling these? great idea!

I'm not selling them.  This is only the second one I've built.  I'm planning to eventually go with non glare black hardware.  Right now I'm just using what's easy to get while I'm figuring the design out.
