Been using burlap sacks stuffed with old clothes for a few years. Bag wears out, transfer stuffing to a new bag. A bag usually last me most of a year, several thousand arrows, left in the weather year round (slightly sheltered). Think the last bags I got from amazon for around $5 a bag.

Filled one with plastic bags recently, it's been holding up well and stops a field point easily.

Mattress plastic covering from matress outlets has been plentiful, accessible, free and works extremely well.

A local farmer gives me feed sacks, I stuff old clothes in them and good to go. When a hole wears in it I slip it inside another bag. I am up to four bags thick this season.

Bought a couple burlap bags from Michael's craft store. $2 each they are about 16" x 36". Stuff with old plastic. And you are GTG.
