Asbell wool?

I ordered a pathfinder jacket a month ago from them and still haven't received anything from them. I've emailed text and called for the last couple weeks and haven't gotten a response. Does anyone know if something has happened to them? Hope everything is ok with their health and or business. Just thought someone here might have some insight.

I'm with ya. I've tried email, phone, text for months. No reply. I know they travel a lot and enjoy their time together......but the frustration is real.
Good stuff tho!

I saw them last weekend at the GLLI and before that at EATAR. They've been on the road a lot lately but have patience they'll get to you soon.

thanks for the input folks. I hadn't read that on their website and wouldn't have guessed that they traveled that much. She actually got in touch with me today so all is well.

I talked to them last weekend at GLLI. They have been busy this summer traveling to different shoots through out the country. GLLI was there last shoot that they will be at ,so now its back to business. Fred and Theresa have a small operation and are two great people, they will get back with everyone and send out orders.

Just spoke with Teresa Abel Thursday night via the phone.
She quickly picked up the phone and we chatted for a while.
Very easy, no problems.
She is very down to earth and helpful.

They're essentially living out of a suitcase all summer at all the shoots. Catch 22. Those looking to order over the phone on line don't get the instant response, but the people attending the shoots get to see Fred/Theresa in person with the goods on hand.

Love my hooded zips, vest and pathfinder pullover. Very good quality material and workmanship. When I decided to buy I read as many posts as possible and I picked up on their travel habits from reading these posts. I found that buying in the winter yields quicker turnaround than this time of year. You just have to be patient during their summer travel period.

Be patient , well worth the wait .
I have a zipper vest that I can wear over a flannel shirt and I'm sitting comfortable in 40° weather .

Asbell wool is definitely worth the wait. I have a few of their products and love them.
I started off with their zippered jacket in Morning Mist. I've only worn it a few times and I have always found it to be comfortable.
Here recently I bought a red and black plaid vest and a couple of bandanas. All are of top quality. The vest and bandanas I purchased back in June and had them within a couple of weeks. I had to wait on my vest to be made. I called and talked to Mrs. Asbell about them as I had a couple of questions. She is a delight to talk to and I would highly recommend anything that she makes. I can't wait for it to cool off enough for me to wear my vest and jacket combo. I've tried them on and found them to be extremely comfortable.

Bought the pathfinder pull over in timber ghost for last season and got it within 2 weeks. Love it, really well made, weight, sizing and proportioning perfect. I ordered a vest a few days ago to be sure I'll have it long before I need it this season. I didn't have a wait issue, but now that I know what I'm getting a little longer wait time is definitely no big deal. Just order far enough ahead of time so you're not pressed for time to get it.
