Brownell Fury
« on: August 27, 2017, 12:46:00 PM »
Ive been shooting my T/D recurve with Fast Flight Plus material bowstrings for about 4 years now and really have no complaints. It will not be much longer until I need a new string for this bow and I have read good things about Brownell Fury string material. I'm not against trying something new on occasion and Fury has peaked my interest. Experiences with Fury? Even considering Fury for one of my older "non FF" recurves. Thanks in advance.

I've been using Fury for my personal bows as well as my primary material that I offer my customers for over 3 years.  Shoot me a PM or give me a call if you have any questions.

It is a fantastic material!

I get my strings from Allen and they are fury, I really like them basically no stretch at all.

I watched a YouTube video and made my own 20 strand string out of fury. I like it and it's quiet. Might make one 22 or 24 strand to get a little better nock fit.  Good stuff

Love the stuff and have had Allen make me strings for quite a few bows.  Not only is it a near zero stretch material but it is durable and I have had strings that have been in the field and basically still look brand new.  Great color selection too.  Dead quiet and pleasing to the eye.  Works awesome on all modern bows and selfbows.
