help finding a few thread - can anyone help?
« on: September 28, 2017, 03:51:00 PM »
1.) I am searching for a thread about a buck a guy on here shot that was found dead a week or so later after his buddy got a pic of him on trail camera.

I can't remember the name of it or I would have just searched it.

I can't remember exactly what it was, but I know it was a couple of years back.

2.) Low poundage bow kill thread.

I don't know why, but I can't seem to find any of them threads through the search function, any help is greatly appreciated.

The search function does not seem to work well for me either. Hopefully on the newer platform it works a a bit better.

The search function will find *exactly* what you search for, specifically where you are looking.

Sometimes the problem is knowing (experimenting) with a combination of words to search.  Try using fewer key words each time...and, if the poster's spelling is good, you could get lucky.

Tony,

you're very correct.  Some times threads are named very different names and it makes for an even greater challenge.

I sure wish I could find this thread about the deer who was shot by a guy who(if my memory serves me correct) thought the shot was good, ended up jumping him a few times, then never saw him again.  His nieghbor got a pic of him almost a week later and then he found the carcass a couple weeks later.  I believe it was a 1 lung hit.  I just wanted to reread it.

Search “Time to punch my Kansas Buck Tag!!”

That may be the one you’re looking for?

Side note: I found this by searching “one lung trail”
