RMS great customer service

Greetings

Just wanted to share that I had a great experience dealing with rms gear in Colorado  yesterday. I was phone ordering a set of carbon arrows and the folks there were super helpful . Coming from only making and shooting cedar I was a bit apprehensive to make the leap. They were very knowledgeable and honest. Anyhow, I hope to continue my support for them in the future.

There are really excellent and happy to deal with overseas buyers...

They deal with questions quickly and are happy to send photos..

Tom Sr and gang are good folks who run a good business!!!! It would be hard to not have a good experience dealing with RMSG!

The Clums are solid people. Have had several in depth email conversations and phone conversations with Tommy about older Robertsons' (we both have Peregrines'). I ended getting a used Stalker Coyote through them and from start to finish and including a follow up a couple days after the Bow arrived their customer service is a cut above.

only had a couple of dealings with them..
...couldn't ask for better service.

I have also only had a couple of dealings with them, but each experience was excellent.  Their communication was outstanding and when they sent pictures, the angles of the photos were all great.
