I don’t see it happening any time in the near future,Curious in what a lion hunt cost with a outfitter with hounds? Trad friendly outfitter of course.

If it's name is Cecil, it will cost you more than the hunt itself lol

I saw a hunt in UT that was about $3500. Most hunts I see go between $4500-$7000 in the western U.S.  Hunts in Alberta and B.C. go for $10,000 plus.  Keep in mind it takes a lot of guys more than one trip to get it done, especially in the western U.S.  The success rate in AB is pretty high on big cats. That’s where I would go.

Don't know what they cost, but see what you can learn about cat outfitters around Craig, Colorado.

Loaded with wintering deer and elk and less mountainous than some lion County.

I hunted with korell outfitters in Idaho a few years back. Me and a buddy. It was absolutely fantastic but we had really no snow. My buddy killed a good female the first day but nothing else the rest of the week except awesome hiking. I saw thousands of mulies, elk, and whitetails though. It was great. $4500
