I'm not sure about foc but I am going to try a couple I tuned any input on these? shaft is 30.5 from the deepest part of the nock to the end of the 5575 gold tip 100gr insert 200gr point bow is 51@28 northern mist whisper total arrow weight is about 620gr

How does the arrow tune to the bow? Your sitting just a hair over 12gpp with that setup currently.

Well tuned is the key, my guess is 20-22% foc and hit like a sledge hammer.

Useful tool posted by Rob, just need to find the balance point and plug in numbers.

Thank you for the reply. They bare shaft good and they seem to hit hard. I'm new to the foc game but from what I read it seems to be worth looking into
