Shout out to The Push Boys
« on: January 13, 2018, 09:53:00 PM »
Never thought I would go the ILF route but I bought a Satori a couple months ago just to see what all the fuss is about. Added an Accutune from the push boys and it is awesome. I can pretty much tune the bow to any arrow within a couple minutes. I shot today for 2 hours. Shot goldtip 15-35, 35-55, and 55-75. All 30.5 with 200 up front just by moving the accutune
I don’t do the fixed crawl since my 3 under point on is about 23-25 yds.
I really like the 35-55 with 200 up front. Shot 40 arrows from 20-26 yards today and missed the kill (8) area on my deer 1 time today. For me that is great shooting.
I’ve listen to every podcast they have put out. Being from southwestern PA (Somerset) myself I can understand them without a problem lol.
Thanks guys and keep up the good work
Ps I put a deposit in on a Stalker ILF riser.

Nice thing about their show is how the mix it up. They have straight up target stuff, hunting stuff, all kinds of gear set ups and a guest for just about everybody for the strictly hunter to the competitor instinctive aiming and everything in between. Definitely a well rounded show.

I agree. They have bridged the gap between Hunting and target extremely well. Equipment doesn’t make the shooter, we all know that  but it can help out.

Thanks so much for the kind words guys!

We sure are having fun doing it! Thanks so much for all the great support from everybody listening in, watching our YouTube channel and writing in with awesome questions and suggestions!

OBX - sounds like you’re enjoying the tunability of the Accutune! Isn’t it wild how you tune the bow to any arrow instead of vice-versa?!

It is cool.
All that arrow cutting is out the window. Plus being able to always use the same length arrow is huge ! It keeps you sight picture the same making it so much easier to swap between rigs.

Ok, I haven't watched all episodes. What is an Accutune?
We are all here because we are not all there.

It's an adjustable side plate without springs like the plunger button has.

I can’t figure out this pic thing. Can only do links from my iPad

These are both feathers and vanes from 20-25 yards. Right to left is mostly due to 20+ mph winds.

Tom Clum said one thing that made me laugh and really stuck in my head. To quote “just because your on target is not the go ahead to release you dummy” or something real close to that.
Felt like he was talking to me personally
