Yes.. funny but somewhat embarrassing. A long time good friend named Dennis Mad Dog Mahoney from Minneapolis called and we talked about my new DVD that was just coming out. I said I was looking forward to it myself and hopefully it would help me to maybe afford an overdue new pick-up. He perked right up and said he knew some people at Ford. One thing led to another and I put in my order for a F150, cab and a half in four-wheel drive. It didn't have to be anything extra fancy just a good, new hunting rig.
October 6th was my birthday. All right.. a package arrives with the above drawing on it. Deep inside I knew he'd come thru for me and it was a set of keys to my new hunting truck. The morning of October 6th I look outside but no truck. I rush to the package expecting the keys and note telling where he'd parked it. I opened it with trembling hands and... there it was. A beautiful, brand-new Ford F150 4x4, dark blue, with mag wheels and all the bells and whistles. Only problem was it was only about four inches long.
Some day... when he's least expecting it... revenge is a beautiful thing. bw
