If you are really OCD on tuning, remove the fletching and add tape to the shaft in place of the feathers.  Usually 10 to 12 grains.
Then shoot the bare shafts and watch them fly.
I don't bother with the tape to compensate for the weight of the feathers, so I just tune for a bit of tail left fight.
