I haven't gotten "The Book" yet, but was wondering what the "button techinque" is?

It's a visualization technique, not related to target panic. I wouldn't feel right saying more.
For those that do not know, I think he is talking about "Instinctive Archery Insights, by Jay Kidwell. It's worth buying, in my opinion.
