My shooting buddy also requested comments on his shooting form, so here are some pics to comment on.

About the only things that I can comment on are that on the bottom picture it seems that his release is away from his face and the hand is dropped..
If he is using his back properly to continue to pull through the shot, his release should still be inline with his shoulder and sweep across his cheek.
He might also try to drop his elbow a bit to be more in line with his bow arm
It also appears that he has a 'death grip' on the bow... tell him to lighten up his bow grip and barely touch the back of the bow with his finger tips.. that will allow the bow to react to the shot more naturally.

That's some fine looking leather. That belt pouch and sheath are very nice!

I think Oldgriz is on to it.  It looks to me like his grip is too far into the handle of the bow.  That's probably creating some torque causing the draw hand to come away from the face or the occassional pluck on the string.  He could try lightening up and rotating the throat of the grip a little more toward the first joint of the thumb instead of deep in the web.

I can't really tell from the pictures -- the glove kind of gets in the way -- but it LOOKS like the string hand is tensed up; the pinky finger being extended and lined up with the other fingers is the only visible clue. Other than that, I have to agree with others' opinions... The drawing arm elbow is high, and it looks like the release is bringing the string hand out and down. I can't really make out the bow hand, the picture isn't really clear enough...

Then again, as has been said so many times by so many people: If it works, it must be right for the individual.
