Like Terry said, weight too far forward. You just don't look comfortable or natural in that position.
You're also collapsing at the release. If you view the video slowly, you can see, especially on the first shot, your entire body move forward right at the release. The collapse and resulting forward release is causing the bow arm to jump all over. Your drawing hand moves forward and up, never back. I would concentrate on pulling with the back at the release. Try to focus on wrapping the drawing shoulder back to bury the anchor.
It appears you may be heeling that bow too much. It may just be an illusion from the film, but it sure looks like the bottom limb is bending more than the top.
Keep after it and learn something from each shot. That video camera can tell you alot if you're willing to look.
