I need some tips or exercises designed to help your focus and concentration.

Here's one that you don't even need a bow to do and can practice almost anywhere.  Pick a small spot on an object within bow range and focus on it.  Consciously try to see the smallest details.  Bring your bowhand up and point at that spot.  (If you are right handed you will point with your left hand.)  Imagine the arrow hitting the spot you are pointing at.  That's it.  Pick another spot and do it again.  The key is to focus on a really tiny spot.

Another exercise, with a bow this time, is to do the same thing except that you shoot an arrow.  As an experiment, try putting a paper plate on your backstop and shooting at it.  Look at the size of the group you shot.  Now make a dot about the size of a nickle in the center of the plate and focus on it while shooting.  I'm betting that your group will be smaller.  Possibly a lot smaller.

Keep working at it.  You want to learn to really see an object instead of just looking at it.

Good advice from jhansen. Being able to focus on a tiny spot seems simple enough, but practice at it helps alot.

We practice this intense focus alot by getting brightly colored paintballs. Take a cut off aluminum arrow and stick it in the ground, about five feet in front of your backstop. Place a bright paintball in the little hollow spot on top of the shaft, and shoot ONE arrow at a time. You will be surprised at how often you can hit
that .68 caliber ball at fifteen or twenty yards.
