Lessons in N. VA

Does any one know where I could get quality lessons in the Front Royal or Manassas area. I was recently given a Martin X200. I am doing ok on my own but not shooting very well, and still have alot of questions.

Google Ruth Rowe.  She coaches primarily Olympic style, but she can teach you excellent fundamentals that can transfer to hunting recurve.  

If she is not the coach for you, she will probably know who can help you.
