Well I only shoot no sights no release, i have a release of my dad's and was wondering.. should i start practicing with it until i get better and switch back over?? Thanks for your time

The only way to build a muscle is use it....imho, the only way to get a better manual release is to practice it properly over and over. If you are having specific problems, feel free to post on the shooter's forum; you'll find lots of good advice over there.
