Not wanting to be argumentive, but what I see is.....your drawing to bow to a point where alignment is good and then creeping forward as you move the head to find an anchor. Also what I see( and its tough to be posistive) is your wanting to stop pulling at anchor and trying to effect the release by trying to turn the string loose vs pulling and at the same time relaxing the back of the hand to obtain release.
Elbow height is fine.
cv's suggestion of staying close to the target, might be a perfect time to try this.......set head position, draw to anchor, never moving the head, maintain pulling at anchor with the back while aiming(whatever method) then increase pulling with back tension and relax the back of the draw hand, while mantaining back tension to the end of the shot(conclusion) With this method, you can shoot a slow, controlled shot or in a fast and fluid manner.
Ohh....might be ahead of the game by relaxing the bowhand fingers vs extending them and grabbing at the bow at release.
