lifeline chest expander
« on: April 05, 2008, 12:26:00 PM »
ok, so after a little shoulder pain I dropped off my shooting quite a bit.  In order to build my strength back up I ordered the Chest Expander from Lifeline USA.

I just got it this week.  It's a quality product and looks like I'll be able to do a variety of exercises with it.

Wonder if anyone else has found this product useful and if so what exercises?

Thanks.

Excelent product and don't for get to use it on your non-shooting side too, helps prevent imbalances that develop with shooting alot.
