I learned to shoot Trad bows split fingers but I tried 3 under and shoot better that way. Give both a try and see what way you like better.

I have shot 3 under and instictive for about 15 years now. I switched because I had a much cleaner and more consistant release. I have shot more than 2 dozen different bows that way and only two were known to be "tillered" for three under the rest were whatever or standard. All shot well for me with the knock point about 5/8" +/- high. The shot may "seem louder" as the string is released on some bows but not others. If someone is 10 yds away you really cant tell the difference. Try it and you may shoot better and you may not.
Bowhunting is "KILL and EAT" not "Catch and Release".....Semper Fi!

Most folks who shoot three under anchor higher on their face for good alignment down the arrow.  One thing to keep in mind is that the higher the anchor the more difficult it is to draw heavier weights.  I'm not talking big differences here, but the elbow is generally higher and it's more difficult to get as much back into the draw when the anchor is higher, compared to a generally lower split finger anchor.  Most folks don't notice the difference.  Do whatever works for you.

I find the best for me is to shoot 3under but with a low anchor point, find what works best for you
